Well if the title isn’t a mouthful enough, the food that comes out of one of these babies sure will be!

In my last post, I talked about the Primo Grills and Smokers that run on lump charcoal, and told you how awesome they are. Well, they are not the only cool kids on the block! Louisiana Grills is an American company that has a line of Electric Smoker Grills. These things are super neat – everything on them is digital, and since there is absolutely no flame to deal with, you can throw your food on the grill and head to the beach for a few hours, come back and dinner is ready!
